I read through all the terms to make sure it was worth my time. You have to claim it within 30 days of creating an account and the maximum amount that can be converted into cash is 5x, so if you deposit $10 you can only convert $50 into cash. This was a little disappointing, but it is becoming quite normal for sign up bonuses to include cashout limits. The wagering requirements are 35x (again quite standard) and you have 30 days to clear them.
The 100 free spins bonus for the Big Bass Splash slot are valued at $0.10 per spin and they have to be used within 24 hours. The wagering requirement is 40x and there is a max cashout of $200. You also have 7 days in which to clear the wagering.

After checking out the welcome bonus, I took a look at regular promotions and what I could expect on a daily basis. I was thrilled to find a Golden Play free spins promotion that can be claimed daily. Best of all, the number of free spins you can claim is unlimited. There is a maximum number per deposit, but you can deposit as many times as you like.
I took a closer look at this offer. You have to deposit at least $20, and you get 1 spin per $1 deposited up to a maximum of 200 spins per deposit. The free spins are on selected games which is a great way to try out slots you haven't played before. There is a bonus code but this is automatically added in the cashier section and it can be used an unlimited number of times. To access the offer all you have to do is go to the 'Gift' icon at the top of the screen and go into 'My Pending Bonuses'. Then you simply start playing the selected game. You have 3 days to clear the wagering requirement which is set at 50x. The maximum bet amount is $2 and there is no mention of a cashout limit. This is a great promotion for slots fans.
Are the Bonus Terms Fair and Transparent?
Any of the Golden Play casino bonuses I looked at had the terms clearly displayed. I clicked on the Read More button of the welcome bonus which loaded a new page with all the details listed. The terms were easy to read and understand. There were no hidden surprises. For regular promotional offers, I clicked on the Promotions page and again there is a read more button for each offer. All the terms are fair and on par with other online casinos and GoldenPlay is fully transparent with all the details.
My Opinion on the Bonuses at Golden Play
The sign up bonus was great and very easy to claim. I appreciated that the bonus code was automatically added and that the wagering requirements were fair. I was a little disappointed with the cashout limit of 5x on the welcome offer though. For returning players the unlimited free spins is great and there's also a 100% match reload offer every Wednesday. All in all, I would say the bonuses deserve a rating of 3.5 out of 5.
Play 900+ Golden Play Casino Games from 20+ Software Providers
To assess and review the games being offered, I clicked on the Casino tab in the main menu. I was presented with a number of options. There's a search box where you can search the 992 games and a submenu where you can select different game types such as All Games, New Games, Jackpot, Slots, Drops and Wins, Megaways, Table Games, Instawin, Live Casino, and Scratch.
As I scrolled down the main page, I had the same submenu options but with images for a number of the different games available as well as the number of games in the section. I was able to click on View All for each option which would open a new screen with all the game choices.
The filtering options are okay, but I would have liked more choice. There are over 20 software providers to choose from including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and Playtech and I didn't know until I clicked into the Search bar that I could filter by software provider. I feel this should be made clearer as it is an option that a lot of players, including myself, like to use. When you click into the Search bar a list of the software providers and the number of games they offer is displayed so you can easily find what you're looking for.
The number of games available at GoldenPlay may not see huge compared to other sites like LeoVegas casino or 888 casino, but what I did find is that of the games offered by each software provider, they are the most popular.

- Roulette : I was again disappointed with the lack of online roulette games. American Roulette and French Roulette from BGaming are the only options in the table games section, but again there are plenty of options in the live casino.
- Video Poker : I also found the video poker games in the Table Games section and there two to choose from; Jacks or Better and Bonus Deuces Wild. Both of these are from Platipus Gaming.
- Other Games : I did enjoy finding out what other games were available. In the Instawin section you'll find crash gambling games like Plinko, Mines, High Flyer, Aviator, and Big Bass Crash. These are quick fun games and always worth playing. There are 87 scratch games which again can offer quick wins and lots of fun.

I found 18 jackpot games listed in the Golden Play jackpot section. These were from Spinoro and Play'n Go. The jackpot amounts aren't very high (around $5,000 at the time of my review) but seeing as though GoldenPlay is a new online casino, I expected this. I played a few of these which I've listed below.

There was no option to use demo mode on any games before I created my account. I had hoped that this option would be available once I was logged in but unfortunately it wasn't. To test the mobile casino offered by GoldenPlay, I used my iPhone 13. The first thing I did was visit the casino website in my browser which opened the mobile casino. When I clicked on this, it told me that the average response time was currently under 3 minutes. I tested it by asking about a Frequently Asked Questions page which I noticed was missing from the site. I received a reply from a Bot (the message clearly showed Bot) to say that all agents were busy and to kindly try again in 30 minutes. This was immediately followed by a response from an agent called Marta who transferred me to Gregory to answer my question. I was then welcomed by Tobby. I did like the fact that all the customer support representatives told me to play responsibly in their welcome message even if my question wasn't answered. I closed the chat window after 5 minutes of no response.
